My item is faulty, what do I do?

If your item is faulty or was damaged in transit, please contact us at: theorajewellerygroup@outlook.com with your order number and an explanation of the product fault.

Please note: Jewellery can naturally tarnish overtime. This does not classify as a product fault.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately for hygienic reasons, we do not offer the option to exchange items. All sales are final.
